A detailed quotation inclusive of a bill of quantities to be provided to the client, prepared by Moltus` qualified estimator and reviewed by an independent quality surveyor.
Managing all associated process including authority approvals, meeting and liaising with strata/building management and the like, with a detailed review of the for construction documentation. Following through to an onsite construction process that has been tried and tested over decades equipped with the latest safety, quality and environmental process/procedure and implementation of the latest software to aid Moltus` onsite and off site management team of professionals with constant client engagement and weekly project control group meeting with all stakeholders.
